Which number do my customers see?
Yours. BizzMate connects your approved WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official Cloud API, so every message goes out under your business name.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Our setup guide takes you through connecting your number one step at a time.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite people as owners, admins or viewers. Owners and admins can reply to customers; viewers can read conversations.
Is my WhatsApp access safe?
Your WhatsApp access token is kept in an encrypted vault and is never sent to the browser.
Which reminders can I send?
Any of your approved WhatsApp templates. Each person gets their own first name, the session name, when it starts and the join link.
Does BizzMate answer for me?
Yes. Tell your agent about your business, switch it on, and it answers from what you wrote, up to 500 answers a month. When it can't answer, it tells the customer a team member will get in touch, marks the chat Needs you and alerts your owners and admins on WhatsApp.
Can I use my own agent instead?
